Registration for 2024 Gathering

Weekend registration costs**:
2 nights at the Glen House Resort, 6 meals, all your fun and gifts and souvenirs: $425
Single supplement for the 2 nights: $100
Artisan Table: $10

Registration & Time and Talent Form

Thanks to all the Internet Magic, all our forms can be completed online and your information will go directly--and automatically-- into the committee's information files.

As soon as you finish completing the combined Registration and Time & Talent Form,

the amount you owe for registration will be shown, and
you will receive an email confirming all the information you put on the form

You can choose your payment method -- e-transfer or cheque.

**Payment is due upon registration.

If you can, please try to get your registration in by Monday, October 23, so we can make our plans for how many are coming.

If you need to change anything after registering, send an email to Susan D or Michèle

Registration may be limited, since we are expecting more than the usual number of requests for single rooms.

The Glen House Hotel is offering an extra night's stay on the Thursday for $165 + tax per room.
Contact them directly if you're interested.

Cancellation Policy

A refund of your registration fee (minus a $25 administration charge) will be given provided you notify us by ~~February 29, 2024.~~ March 30, 2024.
This is the new final date the hotel has given us.
After that, we cannot make any refunds.

If you must cancel, please advise Susan Daly (Registrar) by email. If a refund is in order, we will reimburse you by cheque or e-transfer.

To avoid incurring any bank charges to the committee and yourself, please do not put a stop payment on any cheque you've sent us.

Workshop Sign-ups

Workshop sign-up will open at the same time as Gathering Registration, October 1

Saturday Full Day Saturday/Sunday Day and a Half Sunday Morning

You can select 3 choices (in order of preference) in case you don't get your first choice

Your Workshop Selection form should be submitted
as soon after your registration as possible
so we can start letting the instructors know who's in their classes

Workshop Assignments will be made on November 5 or shortly after,
and we will then send you an email informing you of your workshops and payment due

UFO Workspace

As always, we'll have a UFO workspace, for those who would like to bring an UnFinished Object to work on, instead of taking a workshop.
