A successful Minis Gathering depends on the generous time and talents
contributed by our attendees. There are many ways you can volunteer your help
and enhance your own and everyone's weekend fun.
Be sure to check off the appropriate boxes when you fill out your Registration
Form
Everybody loves to see what other people have been doing, so we hope to have
lots of displays: room boxes, dollhouses or individual items.

Include a card with some information about it.

DISPLAY ROOM RULES
You must label
each display
with your name on the back (labelling the container is not enough)
When you bring your display to the room, HAND IT TO ADRIAN OR ELIZABETH. Do not
just leave it on a random table
Displays without a label on the back will be removed from the display
table

The Artisan Market will take place Saturday Night only from 9:00 to 10:30.
Setup for the Artisans Market is Friday, 3:30 - 5:30 pm.
Gathering Helpers are items raffled off to help with current gathering
expenses, donated by clubs, groups or individuals. They could be a small room
box or vignette, or a single piece such as a dressed doll, a special piece of
furniture, or a nice accessory or accent piece.
They usually run at a value of at least $50, but many are worth far more. The
Gathering Helpers are kept on display throughout the weekend while the tickets
are being sold. The winning tickets are pulled at the Sunday lunch.
They need not be theme related

We always have a wonderful selection of Quick Kit Workshops created by our
attendees, for everyone
to work on at the Gathering or to take home.
If you'd like to submit a Quick Kit idea for approval, please check off Quick

Kits are generally in the $5 to $10 dollar range, though it could be more.
** BE A SPECIAL VOLUNTEER **
We could not possibly run the Gathering without lots of Special Volunteers to
handle small but important tasks.
You can help with the Mini-Swap, Table Hosting, Display Room, Auctions or get
reckless and ask for a surprise job.
It's a great way to get involved and meet even more people.
